This notice covers the DE Home Services website, operated by DE Home Services, LLC, a service-area business serving the Orlando area, and requests made through its quote form. DE Home Services has no public office; correspondence is by phone, text or email.

Information the hosted form collects

The request form is hosted by HighLevel. It asks for contact details (name, phone and email) and basic property information: your town, your water source (the utility name shown on your bill, or a private well), where the water main enters the house, and space at the kitchen sink. Optional photos of the utility area and under the kitchen sink help scope the job. Do not submit financial account, government identifier or other sensitive information in the form or in photos; photos may contain location metadata.

Who uses request information

DE Home Services, LLC uses submitted details to confirm the fit, prepare a package price and respond to your request. Details stay with DE Home Services and its HighLevel account; they are not sold or shared with other companies. DE Home Services' local sites for Clermont, Winter Garden, Ocoee and Windermere share the same team and records as this site.

Optional text message consent

Providing a phone number alone does not authorize automated text messages. The quote form offers a separate, optional SMS consent checkbox for quote-related messages and follow-up reminders. You can decline and still request a quote. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

SMS Messaging Terms: DE Home Services may send automated quote-request updates and follow-up reminders only when you opt in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate. Providing your phone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox is not an opt-in.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use the DE Home Services SMS messaging program.

Website logs and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service, to count visits and call, text, form and pricing-tool clicks in aggregate. We do not use advertising pixels or session recording. Query strings, fragments, referring URLs and form details are excluded from analytics events. The web host may keep technical access logs for operation and security.
