These terms describe the website offer; your written quote sets out the exact work for your property.

The package price

$2,999* with standard installation covers a whole-home salt-based softener and an under-sink reverse osmosis system, installed for a suitable utility-water home with standard plumbing, electrical and access. *Price is for the softener plus under-sink RO package with standard installation for a suitable utility-water home. Nonstandard plumbing, electrical or access work is quoted before agreement. Every job is a fixed written price before work starts. No day rates.

Equipment and installation

The softener and reverse osmosis system are provided as is, installed to manufacturer instructions. We make no promise of uninterrupted operation, and routine upkeep (salt, filters and membrane changes) is the homeowner's responsibility after install. Any coverage the equipment manufacturer offers is between you and the manufacturer, not DE Home Services.

Requests are not bookings

A call, text or form submission starts a conversation about your property. It is not a booking and not a confirmed quote, and this website does not collect payment. Scheduling happens after you accept the written price.

SMS messaging terms

DE Home Services may send automated quote-request updates and follow-up reminders only when you opt in. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of requesting an estimate. Providing your phone number without selecting the SMS consent checkbox is not an opt-in.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use the DE Home Services SMS messaging program.

Message frequency varies based on your request and replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; you may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Who does the work

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
